Omaha Theater Ballet School of Dance Presents A Free "Day of Dance" At The Rose

Children and their families are invited to The Rose Theater for a free "Day of Dance" on Sunday, August 17th to discover for themselves what makes the Omaha Theater Ballet School of Dance unique! Children's ages 3 to 18 of all experience levels are welcome to attend. Parents can meet many of the Omaha Theater Ballet's professional dancers who serve as instructors at the School of Dance while their children partake in a variety of free dance activities including dance workshops, sample classes, movement games and a costume dress up room. Special for children ages 7 to 18, the Omaha Theater Ballet will offer free musical theater workshops designed to teach moves from "Disney's High School Musical". More experienced students may take ballet and jazz placement classes ranging from intermediate to advanced levels. Free! No reservations required. Sponsored by Radio Disney.

Rose Member Day Event

The Rose will celebrate the launch of Omaha Theater Company's 2008/2009 National Tour by offering a free Member Day on Saturday, Sept. 27th from 12 to 3:30 pm. Don't miss this opportunity to see "Horrible Harry", the show everyone will be raving about as it tours across the nation! A free performance of the show starts at 2 pm, followed by a Q&A from the stage and character autographs. Free coloring stations, costume dress up and family activities will be offered from noon to 2 pm. Free! For Rose members only. No reservations needed. Sponsored by Great Harvest Bread Company.
